CURRICULUM
SDAB is a Vaganova based school committed to preserving the purity of Russian classicism. Every pre-professional ballet instructor is an SDAB alumni, trained by its founders, and in turn the instructors impart the same unwavering commitment to high caliber technique in their instruction. Every Academy student has performance opportunities with SDAB.
Every Academy student must enroll in SDAB, and pay a one time registration fee of $55.00. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Classes are year around, and enrollment happens on an ongoing basis. throughout the year.

For more experienced beginner ballet students, and children who already have the familiarity of the terminology and positions, but are not quite ready for intermediate technique. Ballet 2 builds on Ballet 1 curriculum with more structure and complexity. With an assessment, absolute beginners are able to join this class on a trial basis provided they are able to make progress in a reasonable amount of time.
